Mao Zedong’s theory and method of evaluating historical figures is an important aspect of Mao Zedong’s historical theoretical heritage. This article intends to discuss Mao Zedong’s relevant discourse and his concrete assessment of the historical figures, and in his great space of thinking that he leaves us, discusses several issues related to the evaluation of historical personas in order to gain knowledge and enlightenment.
