牡丹江炼油厂是我国第一个掺炼渣油的炼油厂,年处理量为6万吨,渣油约为蜡油的50%。由于掺炼渣油后,再生器内的热量过剩,使进一步增加渣油掺入量难于实现。为了将过剩的热量转移出去,以提高渣油掺入量,增加经济效益,1983年改造中,北京石油设计院为该厂设计了一台外取热器。外取热器设计的主要参数如下:热负荷 200万千卡/时;内径 1000毫米;取热面积 18米~2。取热管φ76×7。该设备于1983年9月24日正式投入运转,操作正常,取热效果良好,总传热系数高达300千卡/米~2·时·℃,热强度在12
