近年来,国内炼油厂出现多起因压力管道受压元件失稳破裂,造成重大的设备事故。1983年5月9日,我厂石脑油加氢装置的反应物一氢气换热器,循环氢入口管Cr5Mo 钢制大小头,在正常运转参数下破裂泄漏但未造成破坏性事故。后将该大小头进行了取样分析,结果如下:一、介质条件工作温度常温工作压力~40公斤/厘米~2工作介质氢气(85~86%)+0.4%硫化氢+水或水汽(微量)使用时间仅半年二、大小头及焊缝成分分析
