我国有可能很快要恢复“关贸总协定”缔约国的地位。“复关”对我国企业来讲,既是机遇,又是挑战;既有希望,又有困难。但是,具体到各个企业来讲,情况又各不相同。有的企业可能机遇大一些,希望多一些;有的企业就会挑战大于机遇,困难多于希望。我厂是石化行业的一个新厂,“复关”以后对企业的影响,我们认为应该是属于后者。这是由于我们的技术设备、管理水平和经营规模,从整体上低于国际上的先进水平。面对现实,我们制定相应的对策,是十分必要的。
It is possible that our country will soon resume its status as a party to the GATT. “Reopening” is both an opportunity and a challenge for Chinese companies; it has both hope and difficulties. However, the specific situation is different for each company. Some companies may have more opportunities and hope more; some companies will challenge more than opportunities, more difficulties than hope. Our factory is a new plant in the petrochemical industry. After the “re-inspection” of the company’s impact, we believe it should belong to the latter. This is due to the fact that our technical equipment, management level and operating scale are lower than the international advanced level as a whole. In the face of reality, it is very necessary for us to formulate corresponding countermeasures.
