As soon as China accedes to the agreement in accordance with Article 10 of the WTO Agreement, China becomes a WTO member. 2. China’s accession to the WTO Agreement should be the WTO Agreement that has been amended, amended or amended with legal documents that may have come into effect before China’s accession to the WTO.
