我矿1958年建矿以来,井下巷道运输一直是采用长沙有色金属设计院设计的轻型组合辙岔部件道岔,每付零件17种,大小共57件,141公斤重,需30多个加工工时,致使机修厂负担较重。 1975年,我矿机修厂铸钢车间投入生产后,我们就考虑能不能把组合式改为整体式。经到外地学习以后,我们摸彷重型高锰钢道岔几何形状,按照原组合式辙岔的尺寸规格,自行设计了整体式辙岔,并用低锰钢材质进行了试生产,经加工后在井下安装使用,效果良好,深受工人欢迎。从此,结束了轻轨组合辙岔加工制造繁忙的被动局面,保证了井下巷道运输的需要。
