毛主席教导我们:什么工作都要搞群众运动,没有群众运动是不行的。几年来地震工作的实践证明了这个伟大的真理。要不要相信群众,依靠群众,大搞群众运动,是毛主席无产阶级革命路线和反革命修正主义路线的根本分歧,也是地震战线上两个阶级、两条路线斗争的重大问题。 最近,广东省地震办公室、广州地震大队召开了群测群防工作的现场会议,介绍了一些较好的经验。宁夏回族自治区地震办公室对群众测报工作做了认真总结,这都是很好的。本刊这一期待地登载了他们的稿件,供各地研究和仿行。
Chairman Mao taught us: What kind of work we all want to engage in the mass movement does not work without the mass movement. The practice of earthquake work over the years has proved this great truth. Whether or not to believe in the masses, rely on the masses, and engage in the mass movement is the fundamental difference between Chairman Mao’s proletarian revolutionary line and the counterrevolutionary revisionist line and also a major issue in the struggle on the two classes and two lines on the earthquake front. Recently, the Earthquake Office of Guangdong Province and the Guangzhou Earthquake Brigade held an on-site conference for crowd prevention work and introduced some good experiences. The Earthquake Office of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region made a careful summary of the work of the masses in measuring and reporting, which are all very good.
