学习英语与学习任何外语一样,首先必须学好语音语法,这是学习语言知识的桥梁.在语音语法方面打下了一个良好的基础后,就得进行大量的阅读工作.在语言学习中,阅读所占的位置是很重要的,这不仅是因为阅读为我们提供了更多的机会和更好的条件来深入自主学习,而且因为阅读在很多情况下正是我们外语的目的,我们只有通过阅读才能全面地、牢固地掌握一种语言.然而对于大多数学生来说,阅读成了他们的一大包袱,针对这一情况,笔者根据自己教学的点滴体会,就怎样进行英语阅读理解这一问题做一小议.总的说来,为了正确有效地进行英语阅读和理解,我们需要运用语言学的一些基本理论,句括词汇学、词义学、语法学、语义学、修辞学及标点符号系统等等
