集体备课作为提高教师教育理论水平和课堂教学实践能力的有效形式,已经得到了一些学校和教师的重视。但是,在一些学校和教师中对集体备课目标的确立、集体备课形式的选择和集体备课密度的确定等方面还存在着一些问题,只有有效解决这些问题,集体备课才能真止收到事半功倍的效果,教师才真止能够从集体备课的过程中体会到一种成功的愉悦和满足,才能真正实现提高教师群体素质这一宗旨。
Collective preparation for lessons is an effective form of improving teachers’ educational theory and classroom teaching practice. It has been paid attention by some schools and teachers. However, in some schools and teachers, there are still some problems in the establishment of collective lesson preparation goals, the selection of collective preparation for lessons, and the determination of the collective lesson preparation density. Only by effectively solving these problems, can collective preparation for lessons be effective. Only when teachers can truly appreciate the joy and satisfaction of the collective lesson preparation process can they truly achieve the purpose of improving the quality of teachers.
