目的进行Er:YAG激光乳化在白内障搞出术中的临床应用研究。方法用Er:YAG激光仪对13例老年性白内障施行激光乳化术。观察术中Er:YAG激光对晶状体核乳化作用及手术前后视力、角膜散光、角膜内皮细胞变化。结果30mJ的激光能量能有效乳化5级核在内的晶状体硬核。术后3mo视力达0.5~1.0,角膜散光在未扩大切口者为0.35DC,扩大切口者为0.96DC,角膜内皮细胞丢失率为8.5%.结论Er:YAG激光乳化术能有效乳化晶状体硬核.具有角膜切口更小,对眼内组织损伤更轻等优点。
Objective To study the clinical application of Er: YAG laser emulsification in cataract surgery. Methods 13 cases of age-related cataract were subjected to laser emulsification with Er: YAG laser. The intraoperative Er: YAG laser was used to observe the phacoemulsification and the visual acuity, corneal astigmatism and corneal endothelial cell changes before and after operation. Results 30mJ of laser energy can effectively emulsify the nucleus, including the five nuclear hard nuclei. 3 months postoperative visual acuity of 0.5 to 1.0, corneal astigmatism was not enlarged incision was 0.35DC, enlarged incision was 0.96DC, corneal endothelial cell loss rate of 8.5%. Conclusion Er: YAG laser emulsification can effectively emulsify lens hard nuclei. Corneal incision with smaller, less damage to the eye tissue advantages.
