多酶片又称三酶片,其组成是胃蛋白酶、淀粉酶和胰酶。这三种酶中,胃蛋白酶消化蛋白质的最适宜pH 值是1.5~2.5,在碱性溶液中易被破坏失效,在酸性溶液中较稳定。胰酶消化蛋白质的最适宜 pH 值是8.4,在酸性介质中胰酶要被胃蛋白酶消化,因此在内服时需包上肠溶衣或制成肠溶胶丸,或与碳酸氢钠在饭时服用。淀粉酶分解淀粉时最适宜的 pH 值为6.8。可见三种酶所需的 pH 值不同,产生作用的条件
