村民自治是我党领导人民发展社会主义民主政治的伟大创举,是农村基层民主政治建设的核心。《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》虽已施行十年,但仍存在诸多需要解决的法律问题。对此,本文提出了多种具有针对性的解决路径,以期为我国村民自治制度的不断完善,促进和谐社会下的社会主义新农村民主政治建设有所裨益。
Villagers’ self-government is a great undertaking for our party to lead the people in developing socialist democracy and is the core of building the grassroots-level democratic politics in rural areas. Although the Organic Law of the People’s Republic of China Villager Committee has been implemented for 10 years, there are still many legal issues that need to be resolved. In this regard, this article puts forward a variety of targeted solutions to the problem, with a view to the continuous improvement of the system of villager autonomy in our country and promote the construction of a democratic socialist countryside new socialist democratic politics benefit.
