1.以磷化锌熏蒸饲料或在饲料中加入磷化锌喂养幼年大白鼠,实验期三个月,观察其体重,食物利用率,血相(血红蛋白、红血球计数、白血球计数、白血球分类),肝、肾重量及病理组织检查,发现含磷化锌量为50 ppm时可使雄鼠肝重增加,100ppm者可使雄鼠生长迟缓,肝重增加,开始时的食物利用率下降,同时部分动物肝小叶也有一定程度的中心性空泡样变性。雌鼠仅100ppm组食物利用率开始时有所下降,其余各组各项测定均无差异。2.大鼠对饲料中含磷化锌的最大耐受量为10ppm(折合磷化氢为2.5ppm)。3.根据本动物实验及实际粮食中残毒测定结果建议粮食中磷化氢最大允许残留量为0.05ppm。
