中国锅炉压力容器检验协会成立暨第一届会员代表大会,于1990年4月16日至20日在北京迥龙观饭店举行。当会议主持人李正华同志宣布中国锅炉压力容器检验协会成立暨第一届会员代表大会开幕时,全体代表以热烈的掌声庆贺协会的诞生。中国锅炉压力容器检验协会是经中华人民共和国民政部于1989年10月16日批准成立的行业性民间团体,它是由政府法定机关认可的锅炉压力容器检验机构和检验师组成的全国性联合组织。
China Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection Association was established and the first member congress, in April 16, 1990 to 20 at the Dragon Hotel in Beijing. When Comrade Li Zhenghua, the host of the conference, announced the opening of China Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection Association and the opening of the first member congress, all the representatives celebrated the birth of the association with warm applause. China Association of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection is an industry-based civil society approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China on October 16, 1989. It is a national federation of boiler and pressure vessel inspection agencies and inspectors approved by the government statutory authority .
