(一九九○年四月十八日)各位来宾、各位代表:我代表机电部、冶金部、化工部、中国石油设备协会、中国化工装备协会,对中国锅炉压力容器检验协会的成立、对第—届会员代表大会的胜利召开,对本次会议当选的理事会的成员,表汞热烈的祝贺!锅炉压力容器的检验工作,在劳动部的领导与支持下,多年来通过各有关部门的共同努力,做了大量的有益工作。为不断提高锅炉压力容器产品质量,为在役的锅炉压力容器安全运行,作出了巨大的努力,并取得显著的成效。这些工作给予我们工业部门的支持是很大的,对此,我向劳动部门的领导及一切为锅炉压力容器检验工作做出贡献的单位和个人表示衷心感谢。
(April 18, 1990) Distinguished guests and distinguished delegates, On behalf of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, the Ministry of Metallurgy, the Ministry of Chemical Industry, China Petroleum Equipment Association, China Chemical Equipment Association, on the establishment of China Association of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection, The victory of the first session of the member congress was held, warmly congratulated on the members of the council elected to the meeting and the table. The inspection work on the boiler pressure vessel, under the leadership and support of the Ministry of Labor, Work together and do a lot of useful work. In order to constantly improve the quality of boiler pressure vessel products, in-service boiler pressure vessel safe operation, made great efforts, and achieved remarkable results. The support that these jobs give us in the industrial sector is great. In this regard, I would like to express my heart-felt thanks to the leadership of the labor department and all the units and individuals who have contributed to the inspection of boilers and pressure vessels.
