用ELISA法检测了53例胞出血(CH)患者血浆氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(OMLDL)浓度,以45例非脑血管病患者为对照。结果:CH患者血OMLDL浓度较对照组显著增高,浓度>746,2ug/L时的患者阳性率亦明显增高,脑叶出血及血肿量大者改变更明显;OMLDL可能存在急性时相性降低;增高的OMLDL浓度分别与血中载脂蛋白B100、A-I呈等级正、负性相关,而与低密度脂蛋白浓度及患者年龄、性别、有否高血压史、血肿是否破入脑室、伴否消化道出血、发病时的意识状态无显著相关性。提示OMLDL升高可能是CH发病的危险因素,对CH患者病因的确定有重要意义。
Plasma concentrations of oxidized low density lipoprotein (OMLDL) were measured in 53 cases of hemorrhagic (CH) patients by ELISA. 45 cases of non-cerebrovascular disease were used as control. Results: The blood OMLDL concentration in patients with CH was significantly higher than that in the control group. The positive rate of CHD patients was significantly higher than that of the control group. The positive rates of the patients with CHD> 746 and 2 ug / L were also significantly higher than those of the control group OMLDL concentration and blood apolipoprotein B100, A-I were positive and negative grades, but with low-density lipoprotein concentration and age, gender, history of hypertension, whether the hematoma ruptured into the ventricle, with or without Gastrointestinal bleeding, the onset of the state of consciousness no significant correlation. It is suggested that elevated OMLDL may be a risk factor for the pathogenesis of CH, and it is of great significance to determine the cause of CH.
