阿坝藏族自治州的马尔康县沙尔公社崇恩大队,社员400多人散居在三山一沟,学生上学十分不便。为了方便农牧民子女上学,大队党支部80年自筹资金在大队所在地修起了一所有三间教室、三间教师寝室、三间学生宿舍、一间厨房的寄宿制小学。招收学生39人,采用复式教学。由大队选派了一个社员当炊事员,还划了一亩多蔬菜地,用以改善师生生活。两个民师每年的工资发现金350元,口粮800斤。这所学校受到了广大农牧民的欢迎。
