市科协最近召开了学会、协会秘书长工作会议,强调了在新形势下,要加强社团的管理工作。 当前我们科技社团的工作直接受业务主管部门市科协的管理,又受登记机关市民政局社团办的管理,它的活动又受挂靠单位的党委管理。为了规范社团的活动,发挥其社会作用,社团一定要有完善的组织机构,有明确的活动宗旨和政治方向,一切运作要符合国家的有关法律、法规的规定,以提高社团的整体素质。在社团的活动中,依法建立法人制度,完善社团的人事、财务、
