近年来,牙科就诊患者主诉多样化,许多病情难以掌握,舌痛症最为多见。文章对100例舌痛症发病年龄、部位、症状、临床血液检查、治疗方法及效果进行了研究。男24例,女76例,男女比为1∶3.2。60多岁较为多见,平均年龄男60.9岁,女59.2岁。病程1周以上至1个月内者最多。发病部位多见于舌尖部,其次为舌缘部、舌背部、舌整体。临床症状火辣辣感42例,疼痛27例,合计占全体的60.5％,另有刺痛感,灼热感,麻木感,接触痛等。合并口腔干燥感男5例(20.8％),女17例(22.4％),味觉异常感男3例(12.5％),女6例(7.9％)。两者均有,女性仅为2例。合并全身疾患70
