应用直丝矫治技术治疗错牙合畸形１０例并取得了良好的矫治效果。在临床使用中发现该技术简化了临床医师椅旁操作时间，牙位的调整也更加精确，但该技术更易出现支抗丧失，因此在矫治过程中更应注重支抗的保护。
Application of straight wire treatment of malocclusion deformity in 10 cases and achieved good correction effect. It is found in clinical use that this technique simplifies clinician chairside operation and tooth position adjustment is more accurate. However, this technique is more prone to loss of support, and therefore should pay more attention to the protection of the support during the correction.
