报告29例30眼,其中20眼(66.7%)施行白内障囊外摘出联合后房型人工晶体植入;另10眼(33.3%)仅行白内障囊外摘出术,不植入人工晶体。术前均记录虹膜萎缩程度和新生血管状态,并测眼压。手术时记录全部情况。术后观察葡萄膜反应,定期测量血压,观察玻璃体清晰度。术后随访5个月到5年半(平均20.2个月)术中15眼切开前房不久即出现少量前房角出血,术后第1天仅有1例前房出血。1眼后囊破裂。1眼术后2个月发现全
Thirty eyes (29 eyes) were reported. Among them, 20 eyes (66.7%) underwent extracapsular cataract extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. The other 10 eyes (33.3%) underwent extracapsular extracapsular cataract extraction without intraocular lens implantation. Preoperative records of iris atrophy and neovascularization state, and measured intraocular pressure. Record all the conditions during the operation. Postoperative uveal reaction, regular measurement of blood pressure, vitreous clarity was observed. Postoperative follow-up of 5 months to 5 years and a half (average 20.2 months) 15 intraocular surgery in the anterior chamber shortly after the emergence of a small amount of anterior chamber angle bleeding, postoperative 1 day only 1 case of anterior chamber bleeding. 1 posterior capsule rupture. 1 eye 2 months after the discovery of the whole
