目的研究胃癌组织中CyclinE和P27kip1蛋白的表达,及其与胃癌临床生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测正常胃黏膜和胃癌组织中CyclinE和P27kip1蛋白表达。结果CyclinE蛋白表达在胃癌中显著高于正常胃黏膜(P<0.01);P27kip1蛋白表达在胃癌中显著低于正常胃黏膜(P<0.01)。CyclinE和P27kip1蛋白表达与胃癌分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及PTNM分期有关(P<0.05或P<0.01);而与患者性别、年龄,胃癌发生部位、大小及大体分型均无关(P>0.05)。胃癌组织中P27kip1蛋白表达在CyclinE蛋白表达阳性组显著低于CyclinE蛋白表达阴性组(P<0.01)。结论CyclinE和P27kip1蛋白的异常表达参与了胃癌的发生、发展,并且二者在此过程中起拮抗作用。
Objective To study the expression of CyclinE and P27kip1 in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with the clinical biological behavior of gastric cancer. Methods The expressions of CyclinE and P27kip1 protein in normal gastric mucosa and gastric cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results The expression of CyclinE protein in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa (P <0.01). The expression of P27kip1 protein in gastric carcinoma was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa (P <0.01). The expressions of CyclinE and P27kip1 were not related to the gender, age, location of gastric cancer, size and general classification of gastric cancer (P> 0.05), while the expression of CyclinE and P27kip1 was related to the differentiation degree, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and PTNM stage (P < 0.05). The expression of P27kip1 protein in gastric cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in CyclinE protein negative group (P <0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of CyclinE and P27kip1 protein is involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, and both play an antagonistic role in this process.
