显微镜是生物学实验中的重要仪器之一,也是生物类专业学生的常用仪器之一,正确使用显微镜是生物类专业学生的一项必备技术。在教学实践中,我们发现刚进校的大学生在中学阶段虽然对显微镜有了一定的接触,但不同学生对显微镜的接触程度不一样,有些在高中阶段没选修生物课程的学生对显微镜的接触非常少。因此,在大学低年级对生物类专业学生进行系统的显微镜操作训练十分必要。为此,我们在编写实验教学大纲时,专门将“显微镜的构造、使用与保养”列入其中,作为第一个实验来对学生进行显微镜操作技能的系统训练。同时,在教学实践中,我们将整个实验教学过程分解为三个阶段,并探索出一套以“预习+测试”一“讲解+演示”一“训练+评价”为内容的“三段教学模式”,在实践中收到了良好的效果。现将我们在教学过程中的一些做法总结如下,与同行探讨。
Microscopy is one of the most important instruments in biological experiments, and it is also one of the commonly used instruments for students majoring in biology. Proper use of microscopes is an essential technique for students majoring in biology. In the teaching practice, we found that college students who had just entered the school had contact with the microscope in the middle school stage, but the exposure of different students to the microscope was not the same. Some students who did not take biology courses in high school had very close contact with the microscope. less. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct systematic microsurgical training for biological students in the lower grades of the university. To this end, when we were writing an experimental syllabus, we specifically included the “configuration, use, and maintenance of the microscope” as the first experiment to systematically train students in the skills of microscope operations. At the same time, in the teaching practice, we decomposed the entire experimental teaching process into three stages and explored a three-segment teaching model based on “preview + test”, “explanation + demonstration” and “training + evaluation”. "In practice, it has received good results. Some of our practices in the teaching process are summarized below and discussed with peers.
