根据无钟炉顶布料过程中炉料的运动过程分析了料流宽度数学模型,指出了等面积法多环划分档位的不足,即档位宽度从高炉中心到边缘逐渐减小,这和实测料流宽度变化趋势相反。提出了按料流宽度进行多环划分的新方法、档位布料圈数与料层宽度协同性原则、料层宽度分布与料面形状的协同性原则,并将协同性原则应用于某2 500 m3高炉的开炉,为高炉的高效、合理操作提供了理论依据。
