用碳酸钠吹氧法予处理含钒铁水后的低磷硫半钢,国内外首次在氧气底吹转炉中,实现了无渣炼钢新工艺。炼钢过程中,不加任何造渣材料,仅脱碳升温精炼,所得优质碳素结构钢的成分、机械性能和钢中气体含量均达到部颁标准。无渣炼钢从本质上改变了传统的造渣炼钢方法,它是一种经济、有效的新炼钢方法,将为综合利用攀—西地区钒资源及扩大纲品种,创出一条新路。
Using sodium carbonate blowing oxygen method to treat vanadium-bearing molten iron after the low-phosphorus sulfur semi-steel, at home and abroad for the first time in the oxygen bottom blowing converter to achieve a new slag-free steelmaking process. Steelmaking process, without any slagging material, only decarburization and temperature refining, the composition of the resulting high-quality carbon structural steel, mechanical properties and gas content of steel reached the ministerial standards. Slag-free steelmaking has essentially changed the traditional slagging steelmaking method, which is an economical and effective new steelmaking method. It will create a new road for the comprehensive utilization of vanadium resources in Pan-West region and expansion of new breed species .
