低铝硅铁是目前国外发展的铁合金新品种。该产品可用于冶炼冷轧取向硅钢,与原用的普通75%硅铁比较,对于降低磁耗,提高变压器、电机的有效功率,提高电器设备的内在质量,节约能源有着明显的效果。用于代替结晶硅,可以降低成本。在铸造行业中,作为铸铁的孕育剂,对消除铸件缺陷,减少皮下气孔有着独特的作用。国内近年来.对低铝硅铁日益重视。鉴于国内炼钢工业和铸造工业的迫切需要,我厂开展了低铝硅铁的研制工作。
