目的 探讨复方山楂饮对二硫化碳(carbon disulfideCS2)毒性视网膜损害的防护作用。 方法 30只健康新西兰白兔随机分为正常对照组、染毒对照组及治疗组3 组。染毒及治疗组用CS2 吸入式染毒,每日连续3小时,每周连续6天,共3周。治疗组在染毒前口服复方山楂饮8.3 m l/kg。实验3周后取兔眼视网膜组织作光镜及透射电镜检查。 结果 光镜及电镜均显示染毒对照组视网膜各层细胞均呈明显变性改变。光镜显示染毒对照组视细胞内外段结构破坏,神经纤维层疏松,神经节细胞空泡变性。电镜显示染毒对照组视细胞突触空泡化改变,突触后间隙加大,突触小棒消失。治疗组视网膜各层细胞结构大致正常。 结论 复方山楂饮可提高CS2 染毒兔对CS2 的耐受能力,对视网膜具有一定程度的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Fufang Shanqiyin on retinal damage caused by carbon disulfide CS2. Methods Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, control group and treatment group. The intoxication and treatment groups were inhaled with CS2 for 3 hours per day for 6 consecutive days for a total of 3 weeks. The treatment group received 8.3 m l/kg of compound hawthorn drink before treatment. After 3 weeks of experiment, retinal tissue of rabbit eyes was taken for light and transmission electron microscopy. Results Light microscopy and electron microscopy showed that the retina cells in the control group showed significant degeneration. Light microscope showed that the inner and outer segments of visual cells were damaged, the nerve fiber layer was loose, and the ganglion cells were vacuolated and degenerated. Electron microscopy showed that synaptic vacuolization of the visual cells in the exposed control group increased the postsynaptic space and disappeared. The cell structure of the retina in the treatment group was approximately normal. Conclusion Fufang Shanshao Decoction can improve the tolerance of CS2 to CS2 and protect the retina to a certain extent.
