由卫生部主编的《乡(镇)卫生院建设标准》,是在进行了较为广泛的调查研究,分析了大量调查资料,总结了建国以来,特别是60～70年代乡(镇)卫生院建设的经验教训的基础上,遵循艰苦奋斗、勤俭建国的方针,注意提高投资效益、节约土地,贯彻国家有关卫生工作及工程建设的法规和政策,经多次征求全国各省、市、自治区有关部门、单位及专家的意见,最后召开了全国审稿会议,会同各有关部门
The “Standards for the Construction of Township (Health) Hospitals” edited by the Ministry of Health is conducting extensive investigations and studies, analyzing a large number of survey data, and summarizing the construction of township (town) hospitals since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, especially in the 1960s and 1970s. Based on the experiences and lessons learned, we followed the principle of hard work and diligence in building the country, paid attention to improving investment returns, saving land, and implementing national laws and policies related to health work and project construction. After many consultations with relevant departments of various provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country, The opinions of the units and experts finally convened a national review meeting and met with relevant departments.
