一年又一年,今年党中央、国务院颁发了自改革开放以来关于农村工作的第16个一号文件。对此,亿万农民笑逐颜开,欢欣鼓舞。2014年一号文件主题是全面深化农村改革,加快推进农业现代化。文件中指出,坚决破除体制机制弊端,坚持农业基础地位不动摇,赋予农民更多财产权利,推进城乡要素平等交换,逐步实现城乡社会保障制度并轨,让农民平等参与现代化进程、共同分享现代化成果。文件内容体现了党的十八大和十八
Year after year, the Party Central Committee and the State Council this year issued the 16th document on rural work since the reform and opening up. In response, hundreds of millions of peasants are smiling and happy. The theme of 2014 Document No.1 is to comprehensively deepen rural reform and accelerate agricultural modernization. The document pointed out: We resolutely break down the drawbacks of institutional mechanisms, unswervingly adhere to the basic position of agriculture, empower farmers with more property rights, promote equal exchange of urban and rural elements, gradually achieve urban-rural social security system and bring them equal participation in the process of modernization so as to share the fruits of modernization.
