回顾过去30年国有企业改革的历史进程,地方国有中小企业改制在其中扮演了重要的角色。建国以来,我国许多市县形成了数量庞大的国有中小企业,构成了当时市县经济的基础。
Reviewing the historical process of state-owned enterprise reform in the past 30 years, the restructuring of local state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises plays an important role in this process. Since the founding of the People’s Republic, many counties and cities in our country have formed a large number of state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises and formed the basis of the economy of cities and counties at that time.
