本文用一台RicardoE6可变压缩比单缸四冲程试验机为样机,研究了燃烧汽油和模拟生物质气时的动力性、经济性及排放指标的变化规律。试验中改变了生物质气的成份、发动机转速、空燃比以及压缩比等。试验结果表明:即使压缩比为13,用气体燃料时的功率也低于压缩比为8.5用汽油时的功率,但前者的热效率接近或高于后者。用气体燃料时的HC和CO排放低于用汽油时。纯天然气高压缩比工况的NOx排放高于汽油工况,随着模拟生物质气中二氧化碳的增多及混合气的逐渐变稀,其排放量显著下降。
In this paper, a RicardoE6 variable compression ratio single cylinder four-stroke testing machine was used as a prototype to study the variation of dynamic, economic and emission indexes when burning gasoline and simulated biomass gas. The experiment changed the composition of biomass gas, engine speed, air-fuel ratio and compression ratio. The experimental results show that even with a compression ratio of 13, the power of gas fuel is lower than that of gasoline with a compression ratio of 8.5, but the thermal efficiency of the former is close to or higher than that of the latter. HC and CO emissions when using gaseous fuels are lower than when using gasoline. The NOx emission of pure natural gas under high compression ratio is higher than that of gasoline. With the increase of carbon dioxide in the simulated biomass gas and the gradual dilution of the mixture, its emissions have dropped significantly.
