我室一组设计的Q3920型通过式抛丸清理机,于1985年12月通过鉴定。该机于1982年完成设计后,由青岛铸造机械厂制造,1985年在青岛造船厂安装调试成功,投产使用。从而填补了国内板材和型材除锈强化标准清理设备的一项空白。 Q3920型通过式抛丸清理机适用于锅炉、船舶、汽车、机车车辆、工程机械和化工设备等制造行业。对不同形状规格的钢材,进行表面除锈和强化处理,能改善焊接性能,提高喷涂质量。该机清理钢材的范围如下。板材B(宽)<2000mm L(长)=8000～12000mm
