本文利用质量管理方面的手段,依据概率论和机械制造工艺学中装配尺寸链计算方法,对国产ST_1-600型闸瓦间隙自动调整器进行了工艺分析。通过分析发现其设计图纸中某些零件的公差配合等技术要求,以及螺杆的铣削工艺,存在着某些不合理性。并按分布规律算出了本产品组装的不合格率。从修改零件尺寸和加工方法上,提出了提高组装合格率的途径。
In this paper, using the means of quality management, based on the probability theory and mechanical manufacturing technology in the assembly dimension chain calculation method, the domestic ST_1-600 brake shoe gap automatic regulator for process analysis.
