目的探讨成人咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床诊断和治疗,提高其诊治水平。方法观察患者的临床症状,分析患者的实验室检查,确诊后给予糖皮质激素及支气管解痉剂等治疗。结果 48例患者中43例治愈,3例有效,2例发展成支气管哮喘。结论详细询问患者的病史和及时做相关的辅助检查,争取早期诊断和治疗,可以有效避免发展成典型哮喘。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of adult cough variant asthma and improve its diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical symptoms of the patients were observed, the patients’ laboratory tests were analyzed, the patients were treated with glucocorticoids and bronchial spasmodic agents after the diagnosis. Results Of 48 patients, 43 were cured, 3 were effective and 2 developed bronchial asthma. Conclusions Detailed inquiries about the patient’s medical history and timely related auxiliary examinations for early diagnosis and treatment, can effectively prevent the development of typical asthma.
