周恩来在扬弃中国传统文化、继承与发展马克思主义文艺人本观的基础上,结合对生活实践的深刻体验,形成了他以人为本的文艺思想:文艺工作者心中应有人民,努力为群众服务;文艺工作中要发扬民主,注意营造心情舒畅的局面;文艺作品既要有思想性又要有艺术性,把引导人与感召人结合起来,达到发展人的目的。周恩来以人为本的文艺思想启示我们必须始终坚持文艺为社会主义服务的正确方向,自觉抵制各种错误思潮侵蚀,发挥文艺在全面建设小康社会中的重要作用。
Based on the sublation of Chinese traditional culture, the inheritance and development of Marxist literary and artistic viewpoints, Zhou Enlai formed his people-oriented literary and art thought through his profound experience of life practice: the literary and art workers should have people in their hearts and strive to serve the masses; In the course of our work, we must promote democracy and pay attention to creating a comfortable mood. Literary and art work needs both ideological as well as artistic work, combining the guide and the appealing to achieve the goal of developing man. Zhou Enlai’s people-oriented literary thought suggests that we must always adhere to the correct direction that literature and art serve socialism, and consciously resist the erosion of various erroneous thoughts and give full play to the important role played by literature and art in building an overall well-to-do society.
