阿片受点研究的理论和实际意义

七十年代初用高比度的放射同位素标记的配基结合法证实了阿片受点的存在,不久之后又发现了其天然配基阿片肽类物质,并证明中枢和外周一些组织中有阿片肽能神经原和末梢。十多年来,世界各国的药理学家和有关科学工作者对这两个密切关联的问题发表了大量的论文,我国对此也做了一些研究。现在,就我个人孔见提出以下几点,和同道者讨论。
