虽然小悦悦事件已经过去一段时间了,小悦悦事件引发的人们的深刻思考与讨论却不能停止。近年来,国内见死不救事件屡屡发生,社会道德水平滑坡、人心冷漠现象越来越凸显,一次次类似“小悦悦事件”的发生不得不引起人们的深思。本文试从道德与法律的关系角度入手,浅论新的时代条件下对待道德滑坡等社会现象该如何维护社会正义,减少“小悦悦事件”再次发生。
Although it has been some time since the Little Yue Yue incident, people’s deep thoughts and discussions triggered by the Little Yue Yue incident can not stop. In recent years, the frequent occurrence of deaths and refrainsies in our country has occurred frequently. Social morality has been declining and people’s indifference has become more and more prominent. Time and time again, the occurrence of “Little Yueyue Incident” has to arouse people’s deep consideration. This article attempts to start from the perspective of the relationship between morality and law, and discusses how to treat social phenomena such as moral decline in a new era to maintain social justice and reduce the occurrence of “Little Yueyue Incidents.”
