高校基层党组织的发展,一直以来是我国各大高校关注的重要问题之一。西藏高校是西藏人才培养的重要基地,肩负着培养“靠得住,用得上,留得下”的人才。同时,西藏高校还肩负着培养具有较高政治觉悟的,能够维护国家稳定,与分裂集团作斗争的大学生。以公益活动为导向,是西藏高校基层党组织建设的一次有意义的实践。本研究以期研究西藏高校基层党组织建设过程中出现的现况和问题,分享研究的宝贵经验。
The development of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities has always been one of the important issues of concern to major universities in our country. Tibet University is an important base for talented personnel training in Tibet, shouldering the cultivation of “reliable, affordable, and reserved” talent. At the same time, Tibetan higher education institutions are also shouldering the task of cultivating students with higher political awareness who can safeguard national stability and fight separatist groups. Guided by public welfare activities, it is a meaningful practice in building grassroots party organizations in higher education institutions in Tibet. This study aims to study the current situation and problems in the process of building grass-roots party organizations in higher education institutions in Tibet and to share valuable research experience.
