The main reason that Seiko Steel Structure is excluded from I66 is that the profitability is changed from positive to negative. Three have lowered their 2011 earnings estimates in the recent week. Its China Tai Junan lowered its 2011 earnings forecast from 0.66 yuan to 0.65 yuan; Guoxin Securities dropped to 0.61 yuan from 0.64 yuan.
