通过对断裂钢管的宏观断口、化学成分、微观组织、断口形貌等方法查找该管道的断裂原因。结果表明:该管道材质为0Cr18Ni9(美标牌号为304)。断口为典型的脆性断口,细晶区碳化物聚集严重,在金相制样浸蚀过程中晶粒大量脱落,细晶区敏化程度严重,热影响区的敏化作用是导致发生晶间腐蚀断裂的主要原因。
Through the macroscopic fracture of the broken steel pipe, chemical composition, microstructure, fracture morphology and other methods to find the cause of the pipeline fracture. The results show that: The pipe material is 0Cr18Ni9 (American standard plate number 304). The fracture is a typical brittle fracture. The carbide in the fine-grained zone is aggregated seriously. During the process of metallographic sample-forming, a large number of grains are peeled off and the degree of sensitization in the fine-grained zone is serious. The sensitization in the heat-affected zone leads to intergranular corrosion The main reason for fracture.
