我是一个生性敏感之人,感情有些细腻。和别人相比,一件小事往往会在我的心里停留更长的时间。因此,我很容易因为一些小事而感到焦虑。虽然我也知道,人的性格是峰谷并存,任何性格都有自己独特的闪光点。作为一个敏感的人,往往在察言观色、文学创作方面显得更具优势。但是性格敏感之人,也很容易在生活中活得很累,抗压的能力也会很低。那么,作为一个性格敏感之人,如何才能活出更加幸福的自己呢?
I am a biologically sensitive person, some delicate feelings. Compared to others, a small thing tends to stay longer in my heart. Therefore, I can easily feel anxious about some small things. Although I also know that people’s character is the coexistence of peaks and valleys, any character has its own unique bright spot. As a sensitive person, they tend to be more predominant in proselytizing and literary creation. However, people who are sensitive to personality can easily live a very tired life and have low pressure resistance. So, as a sensitive person, how to live a happier yourself?
