大学时期是大学生成长成才发展的关键时期,亦是充分培养“知书达礼,待人以礼”基本素养的黄金时期。从教育层面讲,提高高职院校学生礼仪修养,对高职院校学生的教育管理具有十分重要的意义。然而,目前高职院校大学生存在的“不知礼”、“不懂礼”、“淡化礼”、“不学礼”、“不守礼”、“无视礼”等的现状已向高职院校学生的教育管理问题提出了严峻的挑战。本文阐述了高职院校学生礼仪的现状,对此探讨分析了原因,论述了高职院校学生礼仪的重要性,并针对高职院校学生礼仪培养与学生教育管理之间的联系和影响,有针对性地提出了解决途径,对“学生礼仪培养”与“学生教育管理”进行了初探。
