Someone once predicted that the twenty-first century will be the century of China. The sustained and steady rapid development of the Chinese economy in the past 20 years not only attracted a large amount of foreign investment but also attracted many foreign enterprises to come to China for development. At the same time, it also accelerated the rapid growth and expansion of Chinese enterprises and enabled them to get out of their ability and strength Country, open up foreign markets, into the world economy. In this process, the biggest bottleneck that hinder the development of the enterprise is not the lack of funds, but the lack of professional management personnel. This shortcoming and the resulting corporate pain have been deeply felt by the many foreign-owned, joint ventures, private-owned, joint-stock and even state-owned enterprises operating in China.
