目的 :考察 4种不同配比组方瓜蒌薤白白酒汤提取物抗心肌缺氧缺血及最佳处方的筛选。方法 :采用异丙肾上腺素致小鼠常压缺氧模型、垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血模型。结果 :4种不同配比组方瓜蒌薤白白酒汤提取物均能延长异丙肾上腺素作用的小鼠常压缺氧存活时间 ,并能对抗垂体后叶素所致的大鼠急性心肌缺血作用。应用正规机率单位法计算 4种组方的半数有效量 (ED5 0 ) ,处方 1两个实验 ED5 0 都最小 ,处方 1效果最佳。结论 :4种不同配比组方瓜蒌薤白白酒汤提取物均能抗心肌缺氧缺血 ,且处方 1为最佳处方。
Objective : To investigate the anti-myocardial hypoxia-ischemia and the selection of the best prescriptions of the extracts of Fang Kua Bai Bai Jiu Decoction with 4 different proportions. METHODS : The model of acute myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol induced hypoxia in mice and pituitrin was induced. RESULTS: The extracts of Fangbaibaibaijiu decoction in four different combinations could prolong the hypoxic survival time of isoproterenol in normal mice and could treat acute myocardial ischemia in rats induced by pituitrin. effect. The normal probability unit method was used to calculate the half effective amount (ED5 0) of the four kinds of prescriptions. The two ED50s of the prescription 1 were the smallest and the prescription 1 had the best effect. Conclusion : Four kinds of different ratios of Fangbaqi Baibai Decoction extract can resist myocardial hypoxia and ischemia, and prescription 1 is the best prescription.
