本文介绍了从尸体组织内提取中性药物的简便方法,包括用热稀酸法从组织的提取残渣中分离中性药物和用气相色谱内标法简易定量并测定药物的回收。对肝内7种中性药物的回收范围为47.0—89.3%,检出限量为0.5—1.0毫克/公斤。
This article describes a simple method for extracting neutral drugs from cadaveric tissue. This method includes the separation of neutral drugs from the tissue extraction residue by hot dilute acid method and the simple quantitation by gas chromatography internal standard method and the determination of drug recovery. Recoveries of seven neutral drugs in the liver ranged from 47.0 to 89.3% with a detection limit of 0.5-1.0 mg / kg.
