4月10日,省档案局在省委党校召开了《江苏省〈归档文件整理规则〉实施细则》等业务标准规范宣贯会,重点解读了《江苏省〈归档文件整理规则〉实施细则》和财政部、国家档案局第79号令《会计档案管理办法》。省档案局副局长欧阳旭明到会讲话。省级机关各单位、省属事业单位、中央及省属在宁国有企业、在宁高校档案部门负责人近300人参加了会议。
