在《中华人民共和国渔业法》颁布实施十周年之即,市人大农工委、市政府法制办、市水利局联合组成检查组,对全市渔业法律法规实施情况进行了检查。 检查的主要内容包括:(一)各级人大政府重视《中华人民共和国渔业法》情况,有关职能部门能否积极配合渔政部门共同做好渔政管理工作。(二)各级政府渔业行政主管部门是否将渔政管理工作纳入重要议事日程,渔政队伍是否依法行使本辖区的渔政管理职权。(三)按
At the tenth anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the Fisheries Law of the People’s Republic of China, the inspection team of the Municipal People’s Congress, the Legislative Affairs Office of the Municipal Government, and the Municipal Water Resources Bureau jointly examined the implementation of laws and regulations on fishery in the city. The main contents of the inspection include: (1) The people’s government at all levels attaches importance to the “Fisheries Law of the People’s Republic of China” and whether the relevant functional departments can actively cooperate with the fishery departments to jointly carry out fishery management.
