国际核事件分级表(INES)是由国际原子能机构(IAEA)和经济合作与发展组织联合制订的(1989年),是为统一划分世界核动力厂事件级别的一个制度,目的是迅速向公众通报核动力厂安全重要事件。分级表能促进核社会、新闻界和公众之间的共同理解。据美国“核子周刊”最近报道,IAEA的一名官员说建议所有国家从1992年3月以后正式使用它。分级表开始在核动力厂使用,也希望能用于其它核燃料循环和研究核反应堆。
The International Nuclear Issue Rating Scale (INES) was jointly developed by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (1989) and is a system for the uniform division of events at the World Nuclear Power Plant with the purpose of promptly informing the public Nuclear power plant safety important events. Hierarchical tables can promote common understanding among the nuclear community, the press and the general public. According to a recent report by the U.S. “Nuclear Weekly,” one IAEA official said it is recommended that all countries formally use it after March 1992. Hierarchical tables began to be used at nuclear power plants and were also hoped to be used in other nuclear fuel cycles and nuclear reactors.
