为了研究水力驱动控制棒系统应用于HR-200的工作情况、影响性能的因素及改进措施,采用微偏法和分段法对二阶级性微分方程组进行了合理的线性化处理,然后用拉普拉斯数学变换进行求解,得出了控制棒在平衡点附近的运动规律和任意位置时的简单数值解法,进行了理论上的计算分析,并用实验进行了比较验证。从计算结果和实验结果可知:把水力驱动控制棒系统进行适当的结构改善和参数变化应用于HR-200后,具有良好的各态性能。在此基础上,研究了各态下影响系统特性的主要因素及改善措施。
In order to study the application of hydraulic control rod system to the work of HR-200, the factors that affect the performance and the improvement measures, the second-order differential equations are linearized by the method of micro-devolution and the piecewise method. Then, Lars mathematical transformation to solve the control rod in the vicinity of the equilibrium point of the law of motion and a simple numerical solution at any position, the theoretical calculation and analysis, and compared with the experimental verification. From the calculation results and experimental results, it can be seen that the hydraulic control rod system with good structural improvement and parameter changes applied to HR-200 has good performance. On this basis, the main factors influencing system characteristics in various states and the improvement measures are studied.
