近年来,许多研究者注意到研究白血病前期(白前)的临床和病理形态发生学问题。这样一些作者的看法可能是对的,他们将白前看成不是一个独立的综合征,而是白血病的最早期。因此,在我们关于白血病本质的认识还不充足时,“白前”一词只能是临时的。本综述采用了提出的命名——“白血病早期或早期阶段”。研究白血病早期的临床和病理形态发生学无疑有很大的意义。这里让我们提一下的看法,即在临床上经常看到的急性白血病患者已非初期,而是急性的末期,这时治疗已少见效。
In recent years, many researchers have noticed the study of the clinical and pathological morphogenesis of preleukemia (pre-white). The views of such writers may be right, they see before the white is not an independent syndrome, but the earliest of leukemia. Therefore, when we do not know enough about the nature of leukemia, the term “white before” can only be temporary. This review adopts the proposed nomenclature - “early or early leukemia”. The study of clinical and pathological morphogenesis of early leukemia undoubtedly has great significance. Here let us mention the view that in patients with acute leukemia is often seen in clinical non-initial, but the acute end, when treatment has been less effective.
